Mr. Franklin is a partner at Villanueva & Company, P.C. where he has developed expertise in income tax planning and preparation for invididuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, and non-profit organizations. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Franklin received a B.S. in Accounting from Arizona State University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
