Jeffrey S. Pitcher

Mr. Pitcher is Andersen Capital’s primary legal adviser for many of its financing and real estate transactions. He is a director in the real estate practice group at Fennemore in Phoenix. Mr. Pitcher focuses on distressed real estate and real estate development, finance, and leasing. He represents some of the country’s largest financial institutions, as well as local community banks and credit unions, and his experience covers a wide range of both conventional and complex lending and other real estate transactions.

Mr. Pitcher received a B.A. from the University of Utah and a J.D. from Brigham Young University.
