Lee R. Andersen

Principal, Andersen Capital Partners

Lee joined Andersen Capital Partners in 2007 and is responsible for property management and loan underwriting for the firm. He also focuses on identifying new investment opportunities.

Prior to joining Andersen Capital Partners, Lee was a credit analyst and later a loan officer in the commercial lending division of Alliance Bank where he managed a $20+ million portfolio. He is an active member of the Arizona Private Lenders Association.

Lee received a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in finance from Arizona State University and a B.S. in Business Management from Brigham Young University.
